The Need:
The Intervention:
We designed a seven-month coaching intervention tailored to the team’s specific needs to achieve this. We began with an assessment to pinpoint areas for growth, which guided our coaching sessions focused on team mindset, psychological safety, and high performance. Following each session, participants engaged in reflective activities in smaller groups to deepen their understanding and apply what they had learned.
